We are built on a solid foundation. In 1948 Master Painter Ross O'Neal Sr. began performing the art of painting, wall covering and decorating. The tradition has since been handed down to his son Ross O'Neal Jr. who has continued to expand the business. It specializes in commercial, fine residential painting, restoration, gilding, murals and decorative faux finishes.

Ross O'Neal Jr. is an instructor of decorative painted techniques. He is formally trained in the French methods of the trade and continues to study the styles of Italian, English and German techniques of Trompe L'Oeil effects, Wall glazing, Wood graining and Marbling. He is the Director of Ross O'Neal Artists & Gilders Decorative Studio Inc. which started teaching to the public in 1979. He is also the Past Senior Professor of the Decorative Painting Program for Wiliamson Free Trade School. He is the Past President of the National PDCA Council of Faux Finishers and Decorative Painters
