Dear Friends,

Thank you for your interest in Ross O'Neal Artists & Gilders Decorative Studio.

Ross O'Neal Artists & Gilders Decorative Studio is committed to providing you with the finest possible painting techniques. Our rigorous methods of teaching will enable you to apply new knowledge directly to your work environment. Our curriculum has the most extensive list of techniques that I know are being offered anywhere in the USA. Our goal is to provide training for students so they are prepared to apply what they have learned to their job situations.

Master Painter Ross O'Neal personally teaches classes at our studio.  We also utilize some outside instructors from around the world who have proven to meet our high standards of teaching for some specialized and exchange classes. Our student ratio runs about 1 to 8 so you receive plenty of individual attention.

Mr. O'Neal continues to stay on top of the industry by being active in it. He is President of the National PDCA Council of Faux Finishers and Decorative Painters, Board of Directors for MAC of PDCA and current Treasurer for The Society of Gilders. He is the a Past President and current board member of The International Society of Gilders and Pass President of the Delaware Valley Painting and Decorating Contractors of America and is a current active member on local state and national PDCA.

A "Certificate of Completion" is provide for each course level successfully completed. Instruction on proper use of color. How to hold the tools correctly, along with proper hand movement is stressed during the class. Curriculum covers use of water base, traditional and oil base glazes and when to use which so you are not tied in to the use of a single product line. You will also receive masters tips to make your work look professionally  done.

We also provide ongoing help via our web site message board or by e-mail or phone. The student secured area has a private message board and the latest formula updates for your manual of finishes received in class.

All classes require deposit upon booking, balance should be received 30 days in advanced of class. Classes are filled on a first come first served basis. Should you have to cancel your class fee can be applied to any other class or date with no penalty up to 2 weeks before class start date. If you cancel after that date there is a $75.00 administration fee. We reserve the right to cancel any class which has less then 3 people in attendance up to 2 weeks before scheduled date.
