Business and Estimating Decorative Painting is designed for contractors, or those who wish to start a faux finishing business, who have very little or no experience in faux finishing and have completed the Level 1 course. This class will touch on proper estimating procedures, take off , marketing and dealing with the customer.
The course includes a Business Manual with step by step instructions for developing selling and estimating rates for different finishes. Also covered is a how to close your sales. This course is fast paced and the discussion is very open. You are also entitled to free consultations for the material covered in this course.
